Key account executive/ Sales representative Responsibilities Sales Target Implementation Fulfill the annual target with the company sales model Implement the sales policy and program. Increase the relevant product marketing quota. Attend in the project tender and contract assessment. Marketing Development Implement the marketing development plan assigned Follow the competitors information and predict the need of the customer to improve the personal sales plan according to the analysis. Coordinate the new product promotion Support and attend in the expo or seminar, collect and output the related product, customers and marketing data. Customer Relation Management Initiate and maintain the customer relation and deal with the customer complain. Figure out the decision link and assure the target achievement by influencing the key decision link. Visit the customer regularly and follow the customer need to increase the satisfaction. Build and develop the relationship with distributor Organization Cooperation & Coordination Cooperate with business coordinator to advance smoothly the marketing program. Assist the service manager to deal with the payment collection and customer complain Communicate with the product line about the marketing information in order to optimize the R&D program. Report Provide detail reports to the supervisor on monthly revenue accounting, forecast and activity, both personal targets and sales team performance.
