Directions To experience optimal results, begin by applying a drop of Younique Glorious Face & Eye Primer on eyelids prior to using Moodstruck Minerals Pigment Powders. Then, tap a small amount of Moodstruck Minerals Pigment Powders into the lid. Using the Younique Deluxe Eye Brush, swirl a little pigment onto the brush and tap the excess back into the lid. Brush the pigment directly onto your eyelid. To use the pigments wet, simply moisten the brush with purified water prior to putting pigment on the brush. Experiment and play with different looks. Using the pigments wet as an eyeliner works incredibly well with the use of the Moodstruck Liner Brush.
