Started off as a great day, had a long lie til 10:30, got up breakfasted, did some dusting and put washing on, got ready and set of for my Sunday walk down to the harbour with baby and 2 westies (and one grumpy daughter!lol). Walked to the harbour along the prom, along North Street, down St Brieuc Ave, went to the Starling Cloud for lunch (very nice boar burger and sweet potato) walked home just before the storm broke. Then it all went to pot - chest pain radiating up to my shoulder and very tired, so did as told and put my feet up and rested, feel better now with just some pain in my shoulder. But its a bugger!
