Minister Rambachan, you were stammering in your press release on the governments review of the HRM proposal. Was it an independent review as your PM promised she would do? Why am I asking this? the answer is no of course, it was your co-minister Carson Charles assessment. Perhaps you were recalling your very personal input in protesting that which you are now declaring a la Carson Charles? Do you have a conscience at all? Maybe that is why you were stammering. Do you remember your government ministers leading the HRM battle before you were entrusted with government, and 3 months into power your government signed off a 7.5 billion dollars contract, without public tender, to do the very thing you were rallying against with potential voters? Maybe that is also why you were stammering; the absence of public tender, and the sudden turn tail on your voters. Do you know that we all suspect government corruption here, perhaps the largest in T And T history ever? Maybe you are swallowing that too....... Carry on, our fight for the TRUTH will continue.
