Ministers greet people on Nauroz; wish them peace, prosperity JAMMU, MARCH 20: The Council of Ministers of the state has extended warm greetings to the people on the eve of Nouroz and hoped that the day will usher the state into an area of peace and prosperity. In a joint felicitation message, the Ministers wished the people a happy and prosperous Nauroz which also marks the beginning of New Year and a day to work towards preservation of Planet Earth.
