Hence School HM/Priincipal are hereby informed to send all such cheques which have crossed the 3 months VALIDITY period with a covering letter to the Directorate of Minorities, 20th Floor, V.V. Towers, Bangalore - 560001 for REVALIDATION. The Cheques must be accompanied by a covering letter in the LETTER HEAD of the School HM / Principal. They can be sent by post / courier or handed over in person. The Directorate will REVALIDATE and send them back to the school by SPEED POST or the School can come and collect it personally.
