It helps to polarize the whole mass into their racial, communal, caste and sentimental based groups so that MOST selfish people of the society can fulfill their political and social propaganda to maintain their power and wealth. This word is an abuse to "EQUALITY", which is one of the pilar of our constitution. I know, you are disagree with me, because, either you are among those Selfish people or those Weak people.
