Mint tip of the day IQF Chicken What the heck is this you may ask. Individual Quick Frozen. We in the business know this as a Pumped chicken. Its where the manufacturer would pump the chicken with water to make a juicer, fatter and larger product. As with everything there is pros and cons. Personally its a nice product to work with as it is difficult to over cook as its filled with water. The fresh breasts you buy are fresh and thats it. Nothing added. The IQF are commonly the frozen breasts that have blow out deals on it. Rule of thumb, you get what you pay for.
