Mira Pantazopol Iordanescu Regarding the DESPICABLE actions ordered by Razvan Bancescu from ASPA, when his dog catchers stormed a private shelter in Bucharest...there are lots of emails provided...please write everywhere...everywhere...This individual makes his own laws...he does not care about anything...If he did this today, he will send his dog catchers on people properties, to snatch their dogs...to kill as many as he possible can...He needs to be held responsible for this ABUSE OF POWER, AGGRESSION, HARASSMENT of animals and people, VIOLATION of Constitutional, Civil and universal Human Rights...the General MAyor of Bucharest MUST also be help reponsible for letting ASPA do whatever they want. He also wants to obtrusct even more the adoptions. He has a black list...he makes laws by himself, with total disregard for the legislation in force... SOMEONE HAS to order a most severe and objective investigation into ALL ASPAs actions since Oprescu gave him complete power over the stray dogs management in Bucharest....
