Miracles do happen! And Gracie Lynn Fleming is one of them. Gracies mom, Kayla Fleming, came in for a leg ultrasound and we took a sneak peek at her baby, too. The sneak peek turned into a rescue when Sonographer Rachel Anaya discovered too much fluid in little Gracies chest (caused by a rare condition called non immune hydrops), so, to make a long story short, Gracie was born a week later by C-section on July 17 at Benefis Hospital in Great Falls, about seven weeks early. Both Mom and Gracie are doing great. Gracie was 4 lbs., 12 oz. at birth and is now just over 5 lbs., and has quite a personality! Gracie is being held by sonographer Melissa Klein, next to her is Gracies aunt Demi Wignot, then Kayla and Rachel. We felt so blessed by this visit today!
