She made a big mistake because the one responsible was not the US Navy Ship but the one servicing these US Navy ship. Santiago will always be guarding the Americans when they commits a mistake. Granting that there were two Filipinos that were victims of American Servicemen, yet, this crazy Senator ignores the fact that many Americans and other foreigners fall victims or murdered in the Philippines.
