Mirror, mirror on the wall ... Vishnu ... she studied in a telugu medium government school. she was the star there. she joined diploma, and hit reality. her telugu medium background meant she could understand very little. she was isolated as her dalit background was known. she struggled through those years. and became weaker in studies. at home ill health, death and debts became the norm. she greived through it all and studied. we are not sure if now she can clear an exam to join a n engineering college - now that a chance is offerred to her, and a friend is willing to pay her fees ... and this is the state of the brightest few. and there are all the other normal average children , like our children ... our children are given the best education, and these kids nothing ... and we oppose reservations !! ... reservations ... yes, let us oppose them AFTER we create a level playing ground.
