Miss Charlie Rae is our Alumni Photo Contest Winner! Wow what amazing photos of our All 4 Paw Alumni! Its insane to think that 85% of these babies were plucked from euthanasia lists at County Shelters in the State of South Carolina. 15% is Owner surrenders, puppy mills, strays, and a multitude of other issues like neglect, abuse and hording or euthanasia lists in other states. Each year over 2 million animals loose their lives because no one wants them, they are over looked, inadequate shelter staff/education and over population from unaltered pets that are freely reproducing. Educating as many people on Spay/Neuter, low cost spay/neuter clinics, shelter education, Spay/Neuter ordinances, and awesome rescues like All 4 Paws is the way to reduce and eradicate pet over population and the useless killing that happens every minute in the United States.
