They measure, 3 by 4 inches and are made of organza. The scent is absolutely wonderful, to you, but not to the bugs, which also include spiders. See the photos below which are of most of the herbs they will consist of, and are organically grown, at Mizz Tizzys of: Lemongrass Tulsi - Rama Mint Sage - culinary Southernwood - artemisia Cedar Lavender Mugwort - artemisia I suggest using them for 6 to 8 months and then making a tincture, and using that as a bug spray for you, and your gardens. The herbs can then be sprinkled on the ground in your gardens, where they will continue do work in repelling insects and spiders. Missy Fiero Crane uses this mix when fresh, when she comes, to keep mosquitos away from her, as she is an attractor, and she was amazed at how much better it worked for her over the Deep Woods Off.
