Moderate Islam is an oxymoron. And so some moderate Muslims have now called themselves reformists, or Islamic reformers. What they have in common though is an illusion to reform Islam. True Islam say these so-called reformists is intrinsically free of anything bad. It’s the nut-jobs or the mullahs who hijack it for their own agenda that are to blame. This is course false! Islams primary source, the Quran, as shown in the chart, contains only 4% of good verses! More than half of its content are vitriol verses aimed at infidels. It is also a fact that there was never a time when Islam had a one distinct picture that Muslims could see with clarity and agree on. True Islam remains a dark concept. What these so called Islamic reformers are proposing is not reformation but transformation of Islam. They want to eschew part of the Quran and the entire Sharia and invent an entirely different religion, still calling it Islam. Islam cannot be reformed.
