Modified MAVENACTION from San Diego - Day 4 - wanted to incorporate the stairs one more time before moving on to Santa Monica - looking foward to the count down workouts: 1/2 mile warm up 35min AMRAP 84 stairs bottom to top (skipping every othe one) at bottom of set complete 15 hip pike push up 15 squats 10 pairs good mornings 20 butterfly crunches Finished 10 rounds w/extra time. Level of exertion 9/10
