***Modified Video*** Practice what you preach, right? I can honestly tell you that I absolutely did NOT want to workout today. I feel better than yesterday but I still feel pretty crappy. Whenever people tell me they arent feeling well I always suggest a light workout or walk around the block to get their blood circulating. They always laugh at my suggestion. (I guess Im a little crazy.) Well today I didnt feel like it but I did it anyways! This is a modified version of my favorite workout from #21dayfix. Its called #dirty30 because it is a full body workout and it is tough! I absolutely LOVE that every workout has a modified version to follow. In this video I also used a resistance band which you can get for under $5. Who says workout equipment is expensive? It may look cute but they are deadly! Depending on how its used, you can easily adjust the resistance to fit your needs. If you are interested in more workouts like this, PM me and we can talk about your options. We can find a low impact, modified version just for you! Personal Note. If you are like me, you may be wondering why a dental surgery would limit an exercise routine. Turns out vigorous exercise/activities can dislodge the blood clot where the teeth were removed. When this happens, it creates dry sockets, which is bone exposure to air. I dont want this! I am currently experiencing some numbness on a small portion of my mouth, I randomly get radiating pains up my jaw because my nerves are healing. This sensation is similar to when your foot falls asleep and your try to walk afterwards. My nerves are waking up and causing extreme pain. This didnt stop me from getting a modified workout done. There are often things we dont want to do, like chores or paying your mortgage, but its important to do! I hope that I can still inspire you through my limitations!
