Today we are doing a beef stock reduction in the Firex Pressure Braising Pan, so we wanted to roast some garlic for this. Chef Ron decided to use the Moduline Regeneration Oven, specifically the RRDC10E. Chef Ron used these steps: 1) Preheat RRDC10E to 375•F 2) Wrap garlic in foil 3) Place into Moduline RRDC10E and set timer for 45 minutes 4) Remove from Regeneration Oven 5) Smell & enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
