Mogadishu City on November 12, 2013 Prime Minister H.E. Abdi Farah Shirdon has clearly said that he wont resigned until 2016 when his term, and he has confirmed that he will appoint new Cabinet of PhD holders from the Somali Diasporas and other Scholars who have been teaching various universities in Somalia. Prime Minister H.E. Abdi Farah Shirdon announced that he is happy to appoint the New Somali Central Ban Governor which twice the Somali President H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamed appointed two Somali well-known bankers who resigned when they could not longer cover up the endless corruptions which was going in the Office of the Presidency so, if the President wants then he can resign because I cant accept to add these corrupted ministers into my next cabinet so, what is up? I took my own leadership to lead and govern so, Mr. President Hassan, no more corruptions, enough is enough! Well, it is true that the Somali Government is based on 4.5 clan power-sharing formula so, if you want me to resign illegally in order to cover up many of your corruptions then you are wrong! So, stop discouraging the Somali people now or we will have both resign and walk away or stay and work together until 2016 when our officially appointed term ends.
