Momma is a young and very pretty girl who was found as a stray. She is healthy looking, the perfect weight and wears a well groomed coat. I love her almond shaped eyes that remind me of a little cow. Momma who is barely out of puppyhood was already a mother once upon a time. She walks nicely on the leash and relieves herself as soon as we leave the building. She seems to meet other dogs in the street without fuss but seems quite uncomfortable with them when she is in a pen or her kennel. Momma likes to play ball. She runs for it, catches it and even returns it to my feet. Someone must have taught her the game. She comes when I call her, sits on command and takes refuge in my arms for comfort. Momma, indeed is wary . Finding herself at the shelter is a big change for her and it will take some time for her to find her balance. Unfortunately, she does not have any more time and needs you tonight!! She is New Hope Only so if you can foster or adopt, please contact a rescue now.
