Moms mend scraped knees and owies, Moms help you with homework, Moms help with the broken heart, Moms never pass judgement and teach you how to pray. Moms carry a switch or belt in one hand and a Kool-Aid Popsicle in the other... both hands are saying the same thing... when Moms are flat on their back, you still know the sting and the sweetness of their love. When all you can do is hold their hand as you hold back youth-like tears,unable to fix their owies ...you silently hear their favorite verses they read or taught you as a child... you realize they are still doing Gods work...
