On a final sidenote the staff of Renters Choice and Management Ltd would like to congratulate 225 RCACS Taber Comet (Tabers air cadet squadron) on their pure awesomeness this past weekend while they participated in the Lord Strathcona Southern Zone Basketball and Volleyball Tournament. Taber submitted 1 junior basketball team, 1 open (or senior) basketball team and 1 open volleyball team. The senior team had to choose at the end of the day which zone champions title they wanted to play for and which game they were willing to forfeit as all 3 final games were played at the same time. After choosing to move forward for the volleyball title the seniors clinched first place after winning 2 of the grueling 3 sets. The junior basketball team took home second place after losing by a measly 2 points to 2313 RCACC (Medicine Hat army cadet corp). A huge congratulations is owed to the teams sent!
