***Monday Detox*** *Plan your food intake for the coming week. *Drink plenty of water ie min 2 liters per day. *Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. *Fish, lean meat, chicken etc. *Get yourself a good green tea.Great antioxidant and a substitute for coffee. *No refined suger and bad fats.Make it your business to stay clear of these. *Dont go for long periods without having food ie 5 or 6 hours.Regular balanced meals is the key. Enjoy your food.Dont view it as a chore, use common sense and explore new healthy recipes. If your struggling with your diet or training talk with any of the staff in the gym.
