Rice and Pea Nuggets w/ Lemon Ginger Sauce Created by Elite Athlete Rose-Marie Jarry, chef for Kronobar 30 minutes 35 nuggets 49 calories per nugget Gluten Free Ingredients Mix A 2 cups yellow cooked split peas 2 cups cooked sticky rice 30 ml gluten free soy sauce 1/2 cup egg whites 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 cup tapioca flour 3 garlic cloves 3/4 cup lentil flour 1 tablespoon paprika Salt and pepper Mix B 1 lemon juiced 1/3 cup organic honey 2 teaspoons fresh ginger root grated Lemon pepper Give your friends the gift of good nutrition! Directions Mix all the ingredients from Mix A in a big bowl. Heat up a pan with coconut oil in it. Pour 2 tablespoons of the Mix A into the hot pan, and cook 2 minutes on each side on high heat (two tablespoons will make 1 nugget). Sauce preparation: Mix everything in Mix B together and serve in a bowl so you can dip the nuggets into the sauce.
