Emerald Coast Paranormal Concepts is a paranormal investigation team based in the Florida panhandle. We have done many investigations, including historical homes, commercial sites, and private homes. Founded by Tracy and Susan Todd, the team travels throughout the panhandle and beyond, seeking the answers to the many unanswered questions regarding the paranormal. Tracy, the team’s leader and co-founder, has been an investigator for a number of years. As the head of the team, he leads the investigations, and explores new avenues of inquiry.
