Monday July 14th 2014 Last week of our strength cycle; week 8. It has been a great cycle this round with people making huge gains with good consistent attendance and effort. Testing next week! This coming Saturday is our gym dinner! Woot woot! At Bella Lavender. We will be meeting at the Berri Hotel for pre-drinks for those that are keen at 5:30pm then heading out to Bella Lavender for 6:15pm. Looking forward to it! Greek themed night! (Secretly love the greek sweets by the way). We are big on work hard, play hard and we know there is life out of the gym as well. We are big on our community events. This event will be a great time to meet others from the gym and to meet the supportive partner behind the face of each member or maybe the better halves? lol. Reminder there is only 1 class this Wednesday at 6am as we are attending the @Pete Evans Paleo Tour to pick up some new Paleo Tips and ideas to bring back to the gym. Happy Sunday!
