Monday, June 17th we are meeting at Top Hat Talent at 615am for our REGULAR Coed Boot Camp..Looks like rain..so we are inside. Class is one hour..if you missed any sessions during our 10 day non stop boot camp session..it is makeup time! 16 classes for $100..M, W, F, at 615am (summer hours) and Saturday at 730am. You may DROP in ONE time during the WEEKDAY (M, W, F for $5 and ALWAYS on Saturday for same price) or sign up as a regular. I do not put a time limit on finishing classes (you pay for 16 you get 16)..I have many participants involved in other activities and are involved in MY program because of the benefits of cross training..and cannot meet 4 days a week. I am flexible and will work with you and your fitness goals!
