Monday March 31, 2014 started with a 500 meter row, some punters walks, and soccer stretches, and air squats, then we did a 5x5x5x5x5 push press at 70% of max weight I started with 95lb then dropped to 75 for last 2 sets, thanks to lifting partner Rick Randjelovic for the tips, and help. The second wod was a 12 min amrap of 10 over the pull up rig slam ball tosses, I used a 30lb ball, then 100 meter run, and 5 plyo pushups, I got through 3 full rounds and 6 slam ball tosses in the time limit. Thanks to coach Jared Byczko for a great class, and to all the new and old 5 pm members thanks for the push during the run, its been a long time since I ran, and I feel it, need to try to get it back to where it was, although I am not a runner at all
