Monday Morning Work Out Tip from Our Trainer Andrew Harris: Consistency is the key to long term result. Too often in the New Year, beginning exercisers over-do it and fail to reach their longer term goals. Steadily and gradually increase the duration or intensity of your exercise, but also plan rest and recovery into your plan. Three weeks of increasing intensity followed by one week of rest is often a good place to start.
