Monday Morning in Guam 0830, Naval Base GU Gym Bootie Blast with Angie 3 sets of 16 with a half court sprint in between each: Squat Lunges Squats with 20# Med. Ball Squats with 25# Kettle Ball Squat Jumps To the weight room... Squats with 20# barbell, shoulder lift Upright Rows Jump Squats over a Step Box w/2 risers for God knows what count or amount of time. I just did it til I was told to stop. Grateful the step didnt flip up from under me when I miss stepped. Thank You Head. Mistress, may I have more please! Hee Heeeee!
