Monday Night Meal Prep This is a quick run through of my short prep I did tonight. Im leaving town Friday for the weekend, so I only prepped tues-thurs, and bagged up extras for the road - Ill show you that on Fri. The basic meals these next few days are: 1. Greek yogurt & fruit salad (+ 2 days have steel cut oats as well) 2. Shakeology + 2tsp peanut butter & an apple 3. Chicken, Brussels sprouts, & sweet potato 4. Carrots (or tomatoes) with hummus 5.
