Ridling Dr. in Hereford reported a 2008 car hauler stolen from her unfenced property. 12:35 PM Jacqueline Franklin, age 45, was arrested in Sunsites and jailed for an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Theft. 4:11 PM Terry Kelley, age 53, Chris Divito, age 30, Lawrence Robinson, age 30, and Daniel Kelley, age 26, were arrested in Fairbank and jailed for Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon after a fight involving a baseball bat, a machete and a flashlight. 5:31 PM Marion Pellegrino, age 62, died at her home in Elfrida from natural causes. 9:48 PM Triston J. Cogswell, age 25, was arrested in Bisbee and jailed for DUI. 11:54 PM Robert Hinton, age 44, was arrested in Bowie and jailed for an out standing warrant. # # #
