Monday classes 9.15am spinning finished with abs, 10am kettle bells, 10.45 social badminton. 4.15pm junior tennis age 5+, 6.30pm body pump with spinning,7.30pm weekly weigh in and gym programme book in, 7.30pm badminton night, all standards welcome. Tuesday classes come and try yogalates 9.30am combining fitness yoga and Pilates, junior football is not on for two weeks. Aden on hols. Boot camp cross fit 6.30pm, NEW netfit 7.30pm, classes free to members, non members welcome.
