Get it done! 1A- 10x 1 leg walk out into press up (each side) 1B- 10x squat thrust (use dumbbells/barbell or water bottles or cans be imaginative) Repeat 1A and 1B x4 times 2A- 10x renegade row (press up, row, row) 2B- 10 x switch jump (each side) Repeat 2AM and 2 B x4 times 3A- 10x Russian twist (each side) 3B- 10x knee to elbow burpee (knee, knee, burpee) Repeat 3A and 3B x 3-4times REMEMBER to warm up and cool down and stretch correctly!!!!!
