Monday, (the day after WEEK #1 Sunday) the 8th of September. TWO GAMES TONIGHT!!! Isnt that something? I wonder if this is a treat or it will be two games every Monday night this season? Who knows the answer to this one? Vikqueens? Now, this is really rude -- but evidently thats the nickname of the Vikings up in Minnesota. Well, they did beat the Rams yesterday, so maybe theyre back to Vikprinces? As you would expect, I was very happy to see the 49ers beat the Cowboys -- Whos got an opinion on whether or not Harbaugh will be in his last year here in San Francisco? J.T. is coming this afternoon -- so, Ill be missing the games tonight since well be chowing down at a Mexican restaurant and getting back in the groove -- Today we work off the chips and salsa and guacamole - no, dont whine, it isnt attractive and besides, no one really cares, so gird your loins (or whatever else you need to gird) and stretch really good, then get yourself on the floor and crunch slowly, shoulders back, looking up and smile. Then its upper body -- bis and tris plus shoulders and lats. No, no pessimistic comments about how calories have squatters rights on your thighs, keep working.
