Monde Adores PF, Clings on to UPND Expulsion battling United Party for National Development Itezhi Tezhi Member of Parliament Greyford Monde has taken his adoration of the Patriotic Front to another level by also saying there is no opposition in the country. Monde, who is clinging on to the opposition UPND through a court injunction after the party expelled him for accepting a ministerial job without consulting them, said the PF government was transforming the country and that Zambians were very happy. Monde said he had visited areas in his constituency no other minister had visited in the history of the country. “The statement by Honorable Given Lubinda that there is no opposition in the country is 100% correct. The PF government has done extremely well people have seen roads, clinics and schools. The opposition will have nothing to say,” he said. “Even here is Itezhi Tezhi I have visited places where no minister has ever been so let them not lie to you.” Monde joins the list of fringe PF officials that seem to be screaming for the attention of President Sata by singing positives when its stalwarts are falling off and realising the ruling party’s collapse.
