I Owe Nothing For This Journeyman Howie Munson-Style College Education b/c My Dad, Sam Nott, had a great environmental consulting engineering job before he retired with Mom from McKinney, TX* *(My K-7th Grade Years Were Spent in Richardson, TX) to Norman, OK Where I Now Also Live in a Parent-Landlorded Rent House 3/10 Mile From My Parents Norman, OK Home For Their Retirement Years. America!! I Am So Thankful!! We Now Live 7 Miles From Aunt Alice & Uncle Bob McGrew rather than 200 miles away from them in McKinney. I Work in Clerical Dept. at Thunderbird Clubhouse Mental Health Recovery Center of Norman, OK While Seeking a Full-Time Clerical Job Here Somewhere. My Parents & Aunt Alice & Uncle Bob Are Taking Me To My Last 18 States to Reach MAGIC 50 That Ive Wanted My Whole 36-Year (To This Point) Life. Ive Never Married, No Kids, 1 Ex-GF who meant well but couldnt tell me she wanted to be celibate & live with her parents forever & shes 30 years old. God called me to wait on marriage & family anyway & Ive proudly accepted that call. Friend From H.S. who grad. TCU May 1999 B.S. Never Looked at TCU its TMC Too Much Cash!! On Sat. March 27, 2010 My Friend Rob Allen From ACU (Crockett, TX H.S. Class of 1998/ACU B.S. Indust. Tech Class of Dec. 2001) Drove From His Huntsville, TX Apt. to My Parent-Landlorded Rent House in McKinney & we went to lunch at Harolds BBQ in Abilene (Id never been there b/c I was hooked on Joe Allens 1997-2001-Harolds is The Best BBQ IMHO.) & We Went to Dinner at the Recommended & Decent Alfredos Mexican Restaurant in Pecos, Texas (1 HR. W of Odessa 2 HRS. E of El Paso) With Crossing at Hobbs, NM into Lubbock Where We Were Hit But Unhurt By a Drunk Driver on 4th St. LBK who left his his real Texas Drivers License Before Driving Away Drunk After Rob Drove 932 Miles in 19 Hours *ALONE* Because I Cant Fight Semis on Hwy*!! *Parents Drove Me To From College(s), Their Least Favorite Family Drive Was/Is TEXAS TECH/LUBBOCK. Rob Tracked Down The Drunk Driver Using His Progressive Insurance Which Strangely, Drunky Also Uses So Drunky Had to Buy Rob a New Jaguar Door for $1,600!! Rob Drove 1,559 Miles in 2 Days *ALONE* That Weekend in His Dark Blue 2003 Jaguar S-Type Victoria Because I Cant Fight Semis on Hwy!! I Just Drive Surface Streets. Im Trying to Sell a Screenplay Ive Written About This Trip in the Vein of one of our favorites SMOKEY AND THE BANDIT (1977) That I Want JAMES MARSDEN to be me & COUNTRY STAR JUNIOR BROWN to be Rob & were running blocker for 400 Cases of Dr. Pepper b/c Robs 34 Years Old Lifetime Church of Christ Who Doesnt Drink. *No Way Was I Going To TEXAS TECH/LUBBOCK Until I Could Legally Drink!! youtube/watch?v=IzMpOvKxXdMHave a great one & talk to you soon!!
