Moorebank Intermodel – Environmental Impact Statement The EIS was placed on public exhibition from today (8 October 2014) until 8 December 2014. The EIS details the terminal concept proposal, its potential impacts and how the impacts can be managed. The EIS can be viewed on MIC’s website (micl.au) or the NSW Department of Planning and Environment website (majorprojects.planning.nsw.gov.au). Hard copies of the EIS are available to view at: • Liverpool City Council Customer Service Centre – Level 2, 33 Moore Street, Liverpool; • Liverpool City Library – Library Plaza, 170 George Street, Liverpool; • Campbelltown City Council – Council Chamber, Corner Queen and Broughton Streets, Campbelltown; • Glenquarie Branch Library – Brooks Street, Macquarie Fields; • NSW Department of Planning and Environment Information Centre – 22 – 33 Bridge Street Sydney; or • Nature Conservation Council of NSW – Level 2, 5 Wilson Street Newtown. MIC will hold community information sessions on the EIS at Comfort Inn Hunts, Casula on Thursday 23 October (6pm to 8pm), Saturday 25 October (2pm to 5pm) and Tuesday 28 October (6pm to 8pm). Submissions on the EIS can be made to the NSW Department of Planning and Environment and the Commonwealth Department of the Environment by 8 December 2014.
