More UT Arlington students will benefit from a study abroad experience now that UT Arlington has joined the Institute of International Education’s new Generation Study Abroad initiative. ISEs goal is to double the number of American students who study abroad by the end of the decade. Among other commitments, partners to GSA agree to include new scholarships and financial assistance to help students pay for study abroad, and launch new initiatives to reach out to underserved groups who less frequently study abroad.
