More and more Im realising that people just dont trust retailers - TopicsExpress

More and more Im realising that people just dont trust retailers and online shopping from the questions and responses I get. How hard is it to honest, open, trustworthy and occasionally generous? I just received the below email after I offered a special discount to a sick customer. I was worried I wasnt helping them enough. Dear Mr Charlton, Im very sorry to hear that your Uncle was unlucky enough to be afflicted with such an awful problem that we share. Wow... I pride myself on never having asked for help beyond the hospital. You Jonathan.. You have given me a really big kick of hope in society and the brotherhood of man. A gesture of that magnitude is huge for me, massive! The only way I can thank you enough is to be a proud Lazypatcher and post as many photos as possible enjoying them and attribute a big part of my comfort to your wonderful suits. I honestly am rather blown away with youre response, as it is far and above what I asked for. Im not tech savvy enough to send you a cyber hug to you and all your wonderful staff at Lazypatch. Bless all of you and especially Mr Charlton for really making life that bit easier in this difficult time for me and my family. Honestly as I said before, Im blown away that you responded, but am so happy and thankful you have. Many thanks for all your time, your very kind offer and giving me a bit of hope :) You cant put a price on happiness, but youve made a very ill man, very happy. My Uncle passed away from brain tumors so know what your family must be going through. How would a 50% discount help? Let me know and I can set up a code for you. Where do you live? I might also look and see if there are any odds and ends and what I can do for you. What colour were you looking at? I’m guessing you would be a small, or an XS? I look forward to hearing from you and helping you out. Thanks Jonathan
