More gold from the chef who put the gold in the Gold Coast.... Sacked from job no. 2....this time a restaurant where he worked as a Sous Chef, mind u...despite the koala sacking & this one..he went on to work for a high end restaurant for a long period of time so hes done alright for himself... Quote of the day no.2.... I f**ken hate working with people who make u repeat yourself, like this waitress I used to work with. Everyday wed write the specials on the board & every f**ken day shed ask me what they were. One day, I was having a really bad day so I cracked it....I said, Oh f**k off...cant u f**ken read? Well...she reported me. The bosses pulled me aside & said to me, Mate, you cant say that. I said, but cant she? What? F**ken read? The way I see it is...I didnt even finish year 9 so technically that makes me dumb & Im not dumb so on that basis alone no one else is allowed to be dumb either. Am I right or am I right? Right, so they said to me, Mate, shes allowed to ask you that. I said, Yeh. And I asked her to go get f**ked. Anyway...I got the sack.
