Apparently all you have to do is pick a fight begin to loose that fight then you can shoot a kid in Florida but hey if your a black woman DO NOT fire a warning shot into the wall to stop your abusive husband. Im starting to think that Florida has a chip on its shoulder for black people. Its it really about gun laws down in Florida because it seems that the level of justice in Florida leaves one with the impression that justice is not colorblind. It honestly surprises me that the guy who walked over to a car full of teenagers and opened fire because he felt that their loud music threatened him wasnt acquitted for some reason even though the primary charge was lost of murder 1 in my opinion to not tarnish the stand your ground law I find it no less then idiotic that they want to send a a woman to jail a BLACK woman to jail no-less for firing a warning shot to get her abusive husband to leave her alone. It all seems to be a bunch of down south Redneck Horseshit to me. There already laws in place for self-protection on the federal level it is call the second amendment that the NRA is so enthusiastic to point out to everyone. That amendment is a broad spectrum amendment that already gives you the ability to defend your home and person and as you can plainly see when states pass special exception laws that confuses and blurs the lines this is what happens. Make no-mistake if try to break into my home and harm me or my family your gonna get your ass handed to you but I promise Ill never just go pick a fight for no-reason and shoot someone because the second amendment says I can..
