More people are compatible with each other than we allow ourselves to believe. However, being able to get along with each other usually takes too much effort, so going into situations with unprovoked prejudice, rudeness, indifference, or pigeonholing is the more interesting route to take. This is all because we like to make life more complicated than it needs to be - we romanticize the way things are supposed to be instead of just existing and realizing were all in pretty much the same place. I dont believe that everything happens for a reason, but I do believe everything happens by circumstance. One instance of how you react to life could point you to something great or a lifetime of anguish. Open your eyes to what is in front of you, stop making things complicated, stop making excuses, be proud of who you are, and see every interaction as an opportunity. Count your blessings instead of bragging about them and give more than you receive.
