More people are hit than moose! wth people? I think a big part of the problem is all the one ways and massive intersections! The parking lots and intersections are the scariest places to be whether youre the driver or a pedestrian. And APD needs to enforce pedestrian law, too. I see pedestrians creating hazards everywhere I look and drivers who are not paying attention. It saddens me to see headlining stories every week in anchorage about how another person has been hit by a vehicle.
