More road construction work. Heres an update on the construction of the new roundabout at the Stones Corner intersection of Missouri 171 and Missouri 43 in Airport Drive. Route 43/Route 171 Roundabout Construction Update for Week of June 2, 2014 Work scheduled: Widening pavement along Route 171. Crews are working westbound on Route 171 from Route 43 and then will work their way back east to the intersection. Removing remaining utility poles Installing temporary signals Grading work on southeast corner of intersection Building curb and gutter on south side of Route 171 and on the southwest and southeast corners of the intersection Completing paving work on business entrances in various locations Weather and/or construction delays will alter the work schedule.
