Part 3 Jun13 o.k. so to continue on about Mary Arand, who lives less than three miles from Mike Hess family in Los Gatos, a town of 29,400, in 11.2 square miles, not only did Mike commit perjury, but Mary Arand REFUSED to look at pictures of Mike Hess truck, less than 200 steps from where Karen spent most of her time, and FAILED to look at anything, EXCEPT what Mike submitted. On to other things. At one point, Karen felt like she was losing her mind, so she started going to therapy at Chac in Mountain View, California. The house, btw, where Chac was located, once belonged to her Great Aunt. In any case, Mike being the good abuser that he is / was, and one of the main myredbook people, could NOT allow Karen to go alone. So what did he do ? Go to therapy himself, at the same time, with a different therapist. A while later, in a conversation Karen had with a male receptionist that worked at Chac, the male receptionist admitted, rather excitedly, that the therapists BROKE THE LAW , and violated patient / client confidentiality by getting together once a week and sitting around swapping stories and laughing, in the break room. That conversation Karen had with the male receptionist falls under excited utterance hearsay exception. Btw, Karen , in about 2005 attended therapy for a year plus at the Rape Crisis Center in Burlingame, California on a weekly basis. Her therapist , who is qualified to make the determination RULED out bipolar disorder, RULED OUT schizophrenia etc, and **** RULED IN PTSD **** That is something else Mary Arand IGNORED ; records from the rape crisis center. At the same time, Karen signed up for an adhd study in Lafayette, California ( she could NOT afford to pay to get the re diagnosis ) . At Ucd ( where she had been run out of by parents who jumped to conclusions and called her a slut / whore ( she has a son that is the product of a multitude of rapes against her by Richard Herbert and his friends. In all honesty, she does not remember a bunch of stuff ; Richard Herbert DELIBERATELY deprived of her of sleep for the four years they were ” together ” ) , and by the Dean of Letters and Sciences who asserted UCD did NOT accommodate people with learning disabilities and did NOT want them there ), the diagnosis had already been made. Nevertheless, under pressure from UCD, the ld psychologist did *not* tell Karen. That being said, the women in Lafayette running the study ( a psychiatrist ) had 20+ yrs experience with adhd and other things, and reaffirmed Karen does indeed have adhd. Also, yes, people were excluded for *not* having adhd. In fact the psychiatrist even told Karen she was the text book case if she ever saw one. In case you are wondering, Karen did *not* fake anything, and was 100% herself. Just like with the therapist at the rape crisis center, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia were RULED OUT. Next on our list of discussion topics : Karen being DENIED help from the help center at the family court house in San Jose, California , and legal aid DENYING her help on several occasions. We believe people involved with myredbook have contacted pretty much all the courts , courthouses, and legal aid centers inside and outside of California, in an effort to prevent Karen Watson from ” squealing “ Not to mention, Karen made a trip to the ACLU in San Francisco , where the receptionist took one look at her and snidely remarked ” nobody here will help you, ever ” and then turned her back. We will have to look up the exact date ( it was in the last 6 months ), and the name of the person that candidly let Karen know she has been ILLEGALLY blackballed by every judge, courthouse etc in Santa Clara County, California. Apparently, there is an annotation in the file. Furthermore, last time Karen was at the family court house, Mike Hess and friends sent people to intimidate her downstairs. Plus, the deputies bullied her, implying that she was going to be arrested due to having brought her pepper spray with her. ( the pepper spray is attached to her purse, and with one click, comes off . And, IMMEDIATELY upon entrance to the courthouse, she WILLINGLY handed over her pepper spray in exchange for a ticket with a number on it ). Of course, the same deputies bullied her on the way out of the courtroom as well. The ONLY good thing that came out of the entire escapade was that FINALLY, she got it ON RECORD that she was being dissuaded from testifying. Going back to her minivan blowing up. Karen had been traveling in the direction of San Carlos, California, from San Jose, California, when that occurred. A girlfriend of hers, and the girlfriends son were accompanying her on the trip. The vehicle went up in flames on the highway. Fortunately, everyone escaped, unharmed, physically. Moreover, people were amazing, lending her their cell phones to call State Farm, and her parents. On top of that, the firefighters were incredible. That day happened to be extremely hot, and despite the firefighters being in full uniform, and being quite a bit warmer than Karen, they gave her their water to drink. State Farm has to be acknowledged here too. Came out immediately, and got a check to her quickly. Beyond that, they went above and beyond. In any event, Karen sat down and talked to her agent, Ron Emilio, and his assistant. Both asserted they were confident Richard Herbert was responsible for the minivan going up. However, investigators could not come up with a cause as the minivan was too far gone. Literally, he got away with attempted murder. If he had have succeeded , he would have killed not just Karen, but two other people !
