More testing in The Merri Table kitchen, tell us if you like what you see! Housemade gnocchi with swiss brown mushrooms, warrigul green sauce; new season apple tarte tartin; vegan felafel plate, crunchy and light, but still tweaking the spice mix on that one; Spaghetti with local mussels, zucchini and pangritata. Counting down the days until we open on 28th April! Now into the final month, and it is all starting to fall into place. For those of you who love the cafe, there are only two weeks left before it closes for renovation. We have a few surprises in store up here, stay tuned!
