More than 100 applications have been received by the Selection Committee of the Social Democratic and Liberal Party for the 50 election candidate positions for the General Elections. SODELPA’s General Secretary, Pio Tabaiwalu said the selection committee is looking through the names and expects more to come in the coming weeks. Tabaiwalu said the process has started and the Selection committee is led by the leader of SODELPA, Marama Na Roko Tui Dreketi, Ro Teimumu Kepa.
