More than four years ago we bought a RO filter for our home. Six month later, we called customer support to clean the filters. We tried calling them again and again for few months. No one turned up. Then we decided that it is not worth dealing with them and raising our BP level. We threw that product away. Four years later we got two calls from their call centre suggesting that our RO filter need to be serviced. We replied, Thank you very much for remembering us. We got fed up of calling you repeatedly for service and threw away your product more than three years ago. #TransformCustomerSupportInIndia
