Morning 3 times thank you, thank you , thank you. I have alot of things to be grateful for today. If you are anything like me, human, we tend to wake up with these thoughts, self defeating thoughts on how the world is against me, some worry about what gonna happen to me if, or someone or something does mean you any good, ect.. ? Some or most even, of these thoughts come just automatic! One of the things that I am working on in my personal to help this or diminish this if you will, is to have a dialogue with these thoughts. Accept them, see how much of them are true or not, and to talk compassionately to yourself about yourself. Its been effective with me and I remember what I practice is what I get good at! I will be discussing this in further detail in a future radio show that I will be hosting on Sunday. Maybe you can try this for yourself in your own life and see how it works for you? Happy Thursday
